Hengyang Materials: Unveiling the Dynamics of Factory Construction

Recently, the construction of Hebei Hengyang Materials Technology Co., Ltd.’s new-generation high-temperature cemented carbide tungsten wire diamond cutting wire production project is steadily progressing. The new factory is located in the Eastern Industrial Park of Qian’an City and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Core Project Information
1. Location and Scale: A key new project to be initiated in Hebei Province by 2026, with a total investment of 530 million yuan and occupying an area of 69 mu.
2. Approval Progress: Environmental Impact Assessment approval completed in May 2025; project filing completed in October; inclusion on the provincial key construction project list in January 2026.
3. Current Progress: In the civil construction phase, the foundation work has been completed. The framework construction of the main plant building is progressing concurrently, and preparations for equipment procurement have been initiated.
Project Value
1. At the industrial level: Once production reaches full capacity, we will establish a large-scale production capability for high-temperature hard alloy tungsten wire diamond cutting wires, filling the regional gap in the production of high-end hard alloy materials.
2. Social Level: Drive expansion of regional employment opportunities, broaden job channels for local residents, and inject momentum into the development of Qian'an’s high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster.
